ZOZO Collection source and design unique jewellery, mostly made with Swarovski Crystals. ZOZO Collection meets the standards set by Swarovski for its Ingredient Branding Partners and has therefore been approved as an Ingredient Branding Partner.

Our customers will experience and enjoy good quality & very affordable price in our e-store due to we do not own high rental retail shop and most of our items will be store at overseas.

Delivery & return policy: We deliver our items within 2 to 5 working days. We give free normal delivery by SingPost, as for additional top-up delivery method, please refer to our 'delivery information'. ZOZO Collection takes pride in out reputation for quality and excellent value. If we have delivered any incorrect or defective merchandise, we have a 3 working day return policy upon receipt of item by the customer. Customer will need to write and send us a photo of the defective item to zozocollection88@gmail.com. We will keep in touch with you. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal by using a safety and secure PayPal payment system and also accept bank transfers (you will get to see the bank info when you check out your cart).
